The Pride and Spirit fun raiser is geared at selling active wear to the students of the school. The active wear is printed with a design of the schools choosing, usually printed in the schools colors with their mascot incorporated in the logo. Our fun raiser requires no outside sales, it specifically targets the students of the school.

1. Designing Your Active Wear

Sphere In this step you need to choose the design to be used for your active wear. You can either choose one of our popular designs, or work with our art department in creating a custom logo for your school. Elements needed are your school mascot, school colors, and any mottoes or sayings you wish to use. Before your order will be printed you will see a computer printout of the design. Your order will not be printed until you tell us that this is the design you want.

2. Printed Samples

Once the design is finalized and the colors chosen, we then will produce a sample order for your school. There is a 24 piece minimum on sample orders. You may mix and match on sizes. This usually includes hooded sweat shirts, sweat pants, crew sweat shirts, tee shirts, and shorts. These items are to be displayed in the school and can be used for sizing.

3. Order Form & Program Procedure

Sphere You will receive a master order form for you to photocopy and distribute to the students.

Use these guidelines for running your funraiser:

Begin your sale Monday with the distribution of the order forms, display sample sweats in an area where many students will see them, and include the fun raiser in the morning announcements.

Tuesday and Wednesday continue to include the funraiser in the morning announcements.

Thursday distribute reminder letters to students and make announcements. It is very important to send out the reminder letters, they will increase your sales by as much as 20%.

Friday is the last day of the program. Collect all forms and payments. Calculate totals and FAX them to 718-937-0720. A 50% deposit must be received before we can expedite your order. You can expect your order to be shipped in 3-4 weeks.
